Through fluid, elongating movements, this class will realign and release tension, allowing your body to find its natural balance. Enjoy a 40-minute breath-centered stretch flow, followed by a 15-minute guided meditation, enhanced by the humming resonance of crystal singing bowls to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.

Fire is an intense, fast-paced Pilates class designed to push the boundaries of your practice.
